(Waldorf class teachers meditate on each of their students every night as Rudolf Steiner recommended, and parents are often surprised to find that a teacher understands their child as well or better than they do.)

*Personal Note:  I am a huge supporter of movement and laughter in the math classroom!  In the articles below I say more about this and why.   I have taught classroom math and movement (games) from 2nd grade through College.  Nothing un-blocks a fearful stuck student faster than movement coupled with laughter. My studies about this phenomenon have included boys and girls, men and women of all ages and backgrounds.  The bottom line is: get up and have fun!
